SitSorted is a privacy-first handover platform for owners who already know and trust the person caring for their pets or home. It is not a sitter marketplace.

Care instructions are often scattered across messages, handwritten notes and oversized documents. Owners worry they missed something; sitters must hunt for the next useful action. SitSorted turns those details into one structured, time-aware brief.

How we create guides
SitSorted editorial creates UK-first guidance for owners preparing someone they have already chosen. Each guide starts with the real handover decision a reader needs to make, uses named welfare, public-service or first-party sources, and is checked against its matching tool before publication.
AI-assisted drafting may help organise or revise copy. SitSorted editorial remains responsible for choosing sources, checking claims, removing generic or unsupported wording and approving the finished page. Guides are never published automatically.
- Safety-sensitive statements are checked against sources such as the RSPCA, PDSA, Cats Protection and GOV.UK.
- Every source is visible on the guide, and named services are covered using their own current material wherever possible.
- Each guide must add a useful checklist or worked example rather than rephrasing another page for a similar search.
- The matching tool is checked alongside the guide so the explanation and the fields a reader completes agree.
- We do not claim veterinary review unless a named, qualified reviewer has actually completed it.
- Medication guidance only tells owners to record instructions supplied by their vet or product label; SitSorted does not recommend treatments or doses.
- Published and reviewed dates change only after a substantive editorial update.
- Corrections can be sent to support@sitsorted.com and are reviewed before the guide is updated.
What is available now
The four public generators are free to use without an account. Reusable owner libraries, dated trips and live sharing are available to invited owners while that workspace grows carefully. Sitters never need an account to open a shared brief.
